Best Shaun Alexander Rookie Card: 2000 Shaun Alexander SP Authentic RC #140

The back end of Shaun Alexander’s career kind of fizzled out after such an explosive few years in which he conquered all before him and it is probably because of this fizzling out that he has not yet been nominated to the Hall of Fame.

If Alexander does not receive this honor, and with every year that passes it looks less likely, his rookie card value may suffer.

He probably did enough during his career to ensure there will be no cliff edge for the value to fall off, but the potential for increase is also limited.
