Numbered #52, the card shows Obi doing the chicken dance. Seriously we have no clue what Obi Toppin is doing on this card or, better yet, why Panini picked this photo for the card.
His name is centered at the bottom, the autograph is signed just above his name, and the Panini Draft Picks RC logo is placed in the top left corner… not the best-looking card but not worth a look for early Obi investors.

This card is a TON better looking than the above Obi Toppin rookie card. Panini Downtown always does a stellar job constructing the graphics for their sets, and the 2020 Obi Toppin Panini Downtown RC has DRIP4DAYS.
We love this card, and it would be our pick if we were to jump on the Obi Toppin train early. His name is centered at the bottom with “Univesity of Dayton” under his name.
Numbered #D18, the card shows Toppin dribbling the ball downcourt with a big fat red diamond in the backdrop to go along with an airplane (a reference to the Dayton Flyers where he played college).

Even though we stated the Downtown card is our favorite Obi Toppin rookie card, the 2020 Obi Toppin Auto Panini Prizm Draft Picks Prospect RC #PA-OT is the best bet from an ROI perspective.
Numbered #PA-OT the card shows Obi One charging the lane while looking for a dump-off or the option to lay it in for a hard-fought 2 points.
His name is placed in the bottom right corner, while his autograph is placed up and to the left of his name.

We are taking a wait-and-see approach with Mr. Toppin for now. We do like his desire, skills, and overall upbeat personality (he wants to win and get better every year).
