Jesus Luzardo was born 9/30/1997 and was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 3rd round of the 2016 MLB June Amateur Draft from Stoneman-Douglas HS (Parkland, FL).
He stands 6 ft tall and uses a waist-high leg kick and will vary the duration of the leg kick at times to try and throw off the hitter’s timing.
We can see Luzardo putting up a strong walk rate, and around a strikeout per inning (maybe slightly more).
Here are the top Jesus Luzardo rookie cards for investment purposes…

On 3/7/2020 (Spring Training Game) Luzardo struck out 8 batters in 3 innings of work and allowed one run… he had a sick spring training totaling 8 innings with 13 strikeouts and a 1.08 ERA… this kid has FIKTHY stuff and has the potential to be a very good (maybe great… ACE?) in the MLB.
Having said that we still are not going crazy buying every Luzardo rookie card but certainly are looking for good value ones and gobbling them up.
